    So....

Michel gets a $2.5m raise to put his salary at $20m and we are trying to reduce the janitorial staff in Cambridge, who are immigrants working for minimum wage or close to it?

Does anyone at this company have a brain or common sense?

Maybe the 3 month surveys should start asking people how to run the company.

The board put that idiot in charge along with AA. But at this point you might as well leave them. The company has already been ruined and everyone is gone. Biogen is a shell of its once great self. Once George left, so did everything and everyone Biogen. It’s that simple.

Why are consultants excluded from attending internal meetings in R&D? A people manager in my department said there was a legal precedent but did not elaborate further.

there were consultants and contractors that weren’t even included in social and team building lunches because of the extra “cost “...nothing surprises me.

The board is even worse than Michel. I'm in the DC office and I am now under a terrible leader who was fired by Genentech and every other place she worked. The culture used to be great at Biogen, now it's the bottom of the barrel and we're making bottom of the barrel hires. My whole department is leaving...

Michel and the Board do not care about the employees. They care about padding their pockets.

Very true...he gets 2.5 million raise and the minions have been flat for 3 years now. 2.5 million could go towards 300-400 minions getting 5% raise. Nope..2% will be the average again this year!
