The recruiters, "MIX" have been posting for territory Reps since January with a start date that isn't until June 10th. Every day I see at least 5 different recruiters posting on Linkedin advertising to apply for a sales position. How many freaking applicants are enough per territory? They must have hundreds with all the constant promotion and it's not enough yet! Has anyone been called for an interview with a hiring manager or face to face?
I have not been called or emailed about setting up an interview with a hiring manager as yet. I have 10+ years in diabetes so I have been on the look out for more info.
I had a phone interview with recruiter end of dec or early January. She qualified me and was excited after we spoke as I have a lot of experience in this area. But She seemed surprised when I said I was interested but that I can't promise I'll be available when they're ready to move this thing along as I could find if another great opportunity between then and June. She said there were people that were committed to wait for the Xeris opportunity ie. until the Managers had been hired and trained - like 4 months later. Can you believe the BALLS!!? So let me get this straight, you're going to round up 3,000 resumes per territory and keep promoting these openings every day and you expect ME to sit on my hands, not pursue other opportunities until you decide I'm no longer useful and I'm left with no job and a large unemployment gap. F- You.
If they are not willing to comit to a candidate because they’re still holding out and looking for a Unicorn, that should tell you all you need to know about the recruiting company and Xeris.
I don’t understand all the negativity on here. Why would a company hire a sales force when the product isn’t even approved yet? It doesn’t make sense to do that! Many of us have current jobs and we would not leave to go to a company without an approval. It would only make sense if they hold off until they get an approval and then extend the offers. Think about it people!!!!
AAAAANNNNDDDD They’re STILL Recruiting!!! Never seen anything like it. Talk about treating people like shit!
What do you expect? The recruiters have no industry experience, no clue how to recruit, find top talent and hire. They hired inexperienced leadership to put bodies in place. This company was taken for a ride!! Lol!
