What a mistake and display of blind, impulsiveness. No due diligence, no aggressive negotiations. Just open the checkbook, have them fill in the amount and run to Japan and the sales force to show what a great acquisition you bozos made to try to create a top 20 pharma company by 2020. Such ego!
For Christ sake, leave the acquisitions to the numbers guys who know what they are doing. Don't let your blow-hard, quote spewing sales leader and diminutive scientist turned meglomaniacal global overlord of overpriced me-too drugs (to follow up on the once-in-a-lifetime lottery jackpot Abilify stumbled upon by our braintrust) try to make multi-million dollar decisions to gamble the future of this once respctable company. The smartest thing done here was turn the control of Abilify development over to BMS who actually knew what they were doing and made the drug what it was to become.
I am ashamed to be a part of this shit show and wish they could sever ties with the even bigger fiasco at Avanir. I'm sure no provisions were included in the purchase agreement for such wrongdoing. What are those called? Oh yes, DISCLOSURES.

Have you looked at the formal definition of PBA? When mood and affect don't match. Most of what we think is off label, actually isn't. Someone with PTSD can have comorbid PBA. Someone with Autism can have comorbid PBA issues from banging their head. Nuedexta is a great drug, hard to sell, but it really makes a difference in many lives. So much negativity, be positive here people.
