Mid-year review..better things to do

    Why in God's name are we doing a mid-year review? HR "we suggest you complete your Mid-Year Review with your manager by 31st of August 2019 as Year-End PDR review process will commence 1 October 2019. Attn: leadership! do you hear how stupid you sound???? You have September to complete the other half of your "mid-year" review. How about we just work instead of talking about working so much??? Another complete waste of time!!

    Why were new numbers posted Wednesday and then removed? Agree the reviews are a waste of time. When do we get to review management?

    The managers reviews should consistent of actual anonymous reviews by their team. Now that would be eye opening. Care enough to coach? Believe people’s actions are well intended? Yeah right.

    Little known there will soon be a new indication for Sublocade for LFM. Should help with national distribution and allow for the product to be delivered in much larger quantities.

    Yes LFM indication has many potential benefits for the stock investors too.

    What is LFM you ask? Land Fill Material. It also allows investors to dump their stock under the same guidelines. Exciting stuff. Right?

    More to come. In the mean time keep going to the same accounts with the same message. Because nothing better then doing the same thing over and over again.

    MAKE IT EASIER TO GET!! This is the sole problem. We have 2 routes. SD & SP and one is impossible. This is why all CS at the top have B&B.
