Yeah that’s understood. Point is the competitor also coming to market will be much easier to use. Alnylam will get refractory use.

Disappointed with in person interview too - traveled through a snow blizzard, took a vacation day, did a 1 day turn around getting up at 4:30 am and not getting home til 11:20 pm and was a qualified applicant -yet interviewers felt the need to text “under the table” .. as if I couldn’t see..after asking generic “interview” questions.. and then pretending to listen. Never mind that being unprofessional - it was just rude. Basic manners people... they go a long way! Best of luck to those that made it.

Patirisan will be priced at least $350,000 per year. Can you imagine having that conversation with your customers? Second line if you’re lucky.

They were SO rude. The ego on some of the interviewers. Acted like you were wasting their time when they had asked that I show up. What a joke. If you had success in Rare Disease than you were a threat because they had no idea.

Umm that’s actually pretty inexpensive compared to other rare disease product. If you can’t have that conversation with your customer, then please stick with primary care. How pathetic

Who the hell hired this bimbo, Lisa Larson? she is barely eligible or experienced enough to be a rare disease manager let alone a micro-mgr of general Pharma. After talking with her I was definitely no longer interested in the opportunity. This will be a failed launch, field mgrs already shows that they were hired solely on favors and not merit. Too bad, the science sounded amazing, but their competitors will end up doing better.l

This person predicted it back in early 2018 - “If you are super interested in this company wait at least 2 years. Management will be wiped out and replace because failure to launch”.

Jamie hired friends and people who wouldn’t be able to question or challenge him - not people who could help lead this company to profitability. Need to “drain the swamp” and relaunch this product, starting with Jamie.

It's culture at Alnylam to question, but it's reality that when you do you will pay for it. Anyone who had a chance to help is either gone, or has learned to shut up and wait out their time in this hell hole. Everything is going to collapse, inevitable.
