THIS COMPANY SUCKS! PRIMARY CARE! RUN!

Don't ever think about coming here. Worst company ever! They micromanage the hell out of you here. Nonstop emails from corporate too. It sucks here. So mad I was fooled by this terrible company with such a terrible and suffocating culture. Sage Central is terrible too. There will be patients waiting in the system for months. There are many, many unhappy people here.

 

Yes it does. I'm scrambling to try and find a better job myself and I know others are too. This is a disaster. An important lesson to be learned is to really research upper management. It will give you a strong clue as to what your life will be like. I didn't do that. Shame on me.

Well I can confidently tell you all but one on my team is looking for a new job. I have never seen so many metrics used by a company. They have metrics for metrics! I am unhappy as well. I wish I would have stayed at my other job.

 

"Primary care hell" is correct. This culture is all about idiots in other departments justifying their jobs and creating more work for the field to do. Why hire good people when all you do is add more devices that track and treat them like children? I despise working here myself and so sick of the kiss-ups that enjoy hearing themselves talk. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what is going on here. The environment is toxic and will continue to be as management doesn't have the skill level nor trust in their own employees. It is a culture that was doomed to start. Sage is not looked as the place to be, it is looked as the place to get out.

So upset I ever came to this trashy company. In what way is their culture any different than an overly, micromanaged primary care company? Every day here is toxic. Words are just words. Anyone can put a marketing spin on their image and convey what a great culture they have, but the fact is they are just words. There is not home office with free lunch everyday. My children have seen a change in me since I started this freak show. This is my sign to leave.

 

I have to agree. I was literally lied to in my interview. So many empty promises on a culture that never was going to happen. There will be a mass exodus soon.

 

I have 2 patients in the que and Sage central told them that it might not happen until September and at latest October. Are you kidding me? We preach that these poor women who suffer from PPD have days to get treated or else they become disconnected from their child, suicidal, etc. now we tell them they have to wait months after they are suffering at this minute. Makes me sad because I really thought I could make a difference here. Poor launch already and we have had years to be ready for this moment

 

That’s not good, folks. Where is the accountability of those in charge. Seriously, they have base salaries in the $200k + and $100k + in stock options and they can get it done? Seriously, where is the accountability? SMH.
