Lets be honest, there is a lot of complaining. But have you ever stopped to think of the job?
If you work in a state with limited physical access aside from the two days you put on a show for the manager, what else do you do?
During my short tenure at AZ the hardest part has been making my manager think I like him and value his guidance. Don’t get me wrong, his ideas maybe worked back in the 90’s.
On the other hand, I can’t remember the last time I was in the field on a Friday. During the rest of the week I just cruise.
Sure the winters are long and brutal. The insecure guy with man boobs requires some rear kissing, but nothing in life is perfect.
So if you are unhappy transfer here, if you are male be spineless like these guys and kiss rear.
If you are a female, no Worries as he has been accused of harassment and mistreatment of females.
FYI, no need to worry about CBD, DM plays him like an old and easy video game.

"Short tenure" rep and already he knows more than his manager. Snowflake grow the fuck up.

Most states have a right to work law which means a company can let you go at any time for any reason. As DSM's, we would LOVE for HR to give us the ability the pink slip 10-20% of our teams once a year. We know the games you play, we know you all think we don't know. Oh, we do.

It takes forever to dot the i's and cross the t's for HR, it just isn't worth the aggravation. But, do the above and all of a sudden things would change and change quickly.

Lol, manager or ass kissing rep, the fact is you suffer from ED. Educational Deficiency!
Get your facts straight. Right to work state “ A right to work law guarantees that no person can be compelled, as a condition of employment, to join or not to join, nor to pay dues to a labor union”
Kudos to the author of this thread, it’s time to screw them back!

They are right. It isn’t right to work law. I think the person meant o say “at Will”, which just about every state is.

Well of course you know we all practice the ALL DAY LIE, because you did it as a rep, and now as a manager. We know you leave us to take your fake “conference call” at 3 pm or earlier. We love to see your fat lazy ass getting out of our car to leave! You are from a bygone era, and are completely of no value to us. Oh we smile and joke around with you and kiss your ass when necessary, and you are actually to stupid to see through it! NONE OF US WORK A FULL DAY, NEVER AND NEVER WILL!

As a stock holder I wish that this were not true. If you put the effort in and had some self respect, we would not be such a joke to the medical dusty.
