This thread was started by someone who is angry that JM discovered and disclosed his illegal activity when they were at a prior employer. Hence the obsessive early posts, all clearly from the same guy.

    When is Tom taking over?

Larry Jones mane has been mentioned, also.

Larry would weed out these problem areas and has solid Credo cred.

Given what we have been through, can’t think of anyone better!

Wow - that guy sounds like a bitter loser. I know Jaime and nothing this guy has said resembles the Jaime I know.

The last rounds probably helped some but either Larry or Weck will need to do more.

Sorry dude, but he didn’t write that post. I am guessing you are the jerk that started the trash talk in the first place.

Hahaha OMG...I’m guessing the males in JNJ think they are the only ones who get a kick out hearing people talk to themselves.

And, why not a female to set the CIO course correction?

Laverne was bad we know, but we have women that are internal to JNJ who are very well qualified to right this mess that our good old boys made.

Sadly some of the highly qualified women are no longer with us. Perhaps, JL or RY, who else?

It would be great for the company and our morale if we were able to hire someone like those recommended.

Karenann Terrell at GSK is doing a fine job turning that whole department around.

Maybe we can nudge her to come to JNJ?

We are a bit of a mess, but hopefully fixable.

It would likely take a lot to nudge her to think about us, sadly.

in order to nudge and get someone like her, the overall culture here will need to move from dysfunctional management the one that is really of the caliber that the business deserves.

Well JL and RY are both in, now lets see. Will they deliver or just too much marketing, time will tell.

Time will indeed tell, and there’s lots of clean out to do, which is obvious.

    In time?

    Can we speed up time?

People who cannot lead and other companies leftovers we don’t need.

If we can get someone like her that would be awesome! And, it’s actually about time!

    No pun intended.

Hearing more changes coming and if we can land someone that can reinstate respect and accountability, let’s do so and rid areas of sub-pars.

Need to clear out and reset.

Would be great to have someone who can make effective changes that stick and clean up our problems.
