    Here is your hiring problem!

This is straight from Indivior's job posting :
    • Injectable experience preferred
    • Specialty Pharmacy and Specialty Distributor experience preferred
    • Experience with selling complex specialty and buy and bill products are preferred
    • Previous experience selling a drug device or technology that required a change in physician protocol is preferred
I am in the rare disease space, selling B&B injectables. 8 years with a 126K base. This is average and normal for this type of sale.

I get calls from recruiters on an occasional basis offering jobs at 140K+ base plus a solid bonus plan.

If it is true that your top salary offering is only 94K that will not attract any qualified talent.

94K is totally misaligned with the market if Indivior is truly looking for the top talent it asks for in its own job postings.

    I hope this helps.

Indivior response: we are just looking for a body. Our culture (lol) will prevail!!

Then why not just say it in the job postings?

Irrelevant. Whether or not she was let go or left on her own, the fact that management didn’t condense the territories in Indianapolis made zero business sense. Sublocade is not Suboxone and doesn’t require 3 CLs in the city and even state (not counting the northwest bc of proximity to Chicago).

It’s not irrelevant when you’re trying to make a point and make shit up. If u can’t state the facts why should anyone believe your already weak point?

Something this dumb must have come from former management. Lol. Classic Indivior person statement

I'm throwing my 2cents in with regards to the Indianapolis situation. It is not a major city like Seattle, NY, LA, San Fran or Chicago - yet always had 3 CLs...I thought somebody way-back-when created jobs for a few buddies. Just my hypothesis.

It’s not even worth 2 cents. Indy is more than just the city. There is a large diverse geography to Indiana. You sound like someone from one of the costal States. That doesn’t have a clue about the center of the country. Keep your ignorance to yourself it’s for the better.

Shut up you drunk Hoosier. Indianapolis is not even in the top 15 for most populous cities in the U. S. Diverse? Indiana is "'Wonder Bread" white. Let me buy whatever you are vaping from you at the next NSM. Must be good stuff!

Sums up the last post. May not be a next NSM. Wisconsin lead the way last year. A small state population. What excuses are you making for poor performance?

Reality is the product is just ok. It’s too much work and time involved to acquire it. Drs talk to other Drs. and word is it’s not with the staff time. After 18 months on the market if you do not see it’s over. That’s on you putting your family and finances at risk.

I was thinking of applying for one of your CS positions. Are these salary numbers accurate? Thanks.
