    Way to go Operations! Bunch of morons in figuring up this “new” IC plan. Going to reward under-performers. Going to pay them more than what they bring in.
    Still no logic to any of these numbers.

    Who is the worst RBD out there? My vote is someone who goes by initials! What a fool. Lost 6 reps in first year!

    Never mind about the RBDs. VP of Sales DH is responsible for most of the problems with the culture. Well see what happens. New CCO is holding all accountable!

    This company is a joke. Product is decent but executive is a crock. Time to spend some of that cash on hand and give us resources.

    Q3 Goals absurd! Lower volume territories having same ceiling NRx goal as higher volume territories. Are they asking people to leave? Most NASs not happy and are looking elsewhere.

    We all know there are certain territories that hum no matter who is in there. However I’ve never witnessed a place that rewards low performing territories. Those who have been scraping the bottom since launch. The 30 reps in the middle really have gotten the shaft on last ic plans.

    Agree! I am peeved that someone who has less Nrxs than me, somehow gets $15-20k more.

    Agree! VJ Please base goals on individual territory sales growth. Another one who needs to move on is GC. Totaly clueless! Acadia let him go! He Has screwed our IC Plan from Day 1!

    These IC plans have been ridiculous and are different every quarter. I hope everyone has figured up what it takes to get 65% in both buckets, which will get you a total of $1250.

    I will get close to my TF goal but have no clue about Nrx goal. I have either for future use or unable to contact filling up my portal.

    Yes time to change the IC Plan for Q3. Not motivating at all. Regarding TF follow up and Coverage- LG is gone. AD not around much longer. Not looking good folks!

    We have a couple of people on our that will make 100% this quarter

    100%? Meaning 100% of bonus? Double salary?
