    I read his message and sadly it does not imply to me that anyone on the leadership team will be cut even though they need to be. To me it sounds like we have to tighten up on things like expenses which is stupid because most of our travel and overnights have increased. I have already spent about 5 times more than last year on travel and hotel all because of their stupid territory realignments. We have to be spending a shit ton more money on this this year. They should have just left the territories alone. Everyone is disgruntled and miserable. We never hear from the leadership team unless they are forcing yet another useless report on us.

    yep and it just means to watch expense. They aren’t going to make any major changes in the US leadership until at least July. They can’t afford another shakeup to slow things down.

    Well the July can not come soon enough. I am not big on changing leadership so frequently but this team is not the right team at all. They really need to go. They give off very negative energy and are not find to employees. They have no hearts and blame the sales force for their own mistakes. It just is not a good fit. I have been here a very long time and this group does not have the right idea and I feel they will simply drag this once great company down further. This leadership team does not listen. They do not respect or care about the feedback being given to them from the RSM’s and Sale reps. That is a bug problem. They also do not understand the concept of work life balance. Our previous CEO understood that and seemed to genuinely care about his people. Not this group.

    Maybe they will try to move the company's listing to the US like Smith and Nephew is so Karim can get paid more!!!!!

    Read from the beginning how accurate this thread was/is.

    Time is running out. We have some pieces to the puzzle in AAA and Avelle now. Capitalize on this ConvaTec
