    This new regime is actually 3 steps backward from the previous one. Everyone is on edge. Morale are low. There is no innovation coming. We need the leaders to lead not to blame.

    Seriously? Marketing is full of diversity. Most of them don’t know how to sell or have a clue as to how to interact with a customer. I learned this in MBA school so it must work! All the morons Janice hires. It’s a complete joke!! Hire diverse candidates and promote them. That’s what’s wrong with this company!
    How about this? Hire the right person with the skill set needed regardless of sex, sexual orientation, religion, color, etc.

    Sandhya Gopalkrishna and Greg from HR said that directly in the leadership meeting. We don’t care about diversity.

    What to expect when HR themselves declared such. HR are just puppets.

    Who do you think HR is hired for? Reps? They are there to legally protect the company. That is all.

    Encouraged that someone finally brave enough to came forward. It was disturbing enough to hear from HR, I even made a recording of the HR conversations, in the case it starts to go south.

    Diversity at the expense of ability, that is what some want and are getting. That’s the best way to kill a company.

    Will it resume? Ethicon is already one of the lowest paying medical device companies in the world man. They want you earning your base only. Almost everyone I know there is under 100k all in yearly salary. Jump ship while you can.

    Some people are happy with this salary I suppose. They don’t work much compared to other areas of medical device sales, so it could be work / life balance. I’ve heard that some base salaries are pretty high in the case of more senior reps.

    Yes if you are vested over 5 years . But the big pay off is at the end if you have 10 years and are over 55 BOOM then you get access to healthcare for life plus the other retiree bennys.

    Pretty standard excuse by those against diversity or those insecure because they themselves may be incompetent and feeling threatened. No one is asked to focus on diversity over competency.

    That is definitely worth staying for. I am assuming not much individuals stay above 55.

    Very true. Also happening in pharma. Even worst for expecting mothers were let go or put in a challenging positions.
