Lesa, is admired by management for making tough choices and holding people accountable. These negative posts do nothing to help our team.

 

When great people feel undervalued and unable to make an impact, they leave. The good news is that Nelson has an extremely high EQ and I’m confident he sees through her bullshit. Speak up people and cease the opportunity.

You divert people’s energy from the real work of the organization, destroy morale, impair retention, and interfere with team collaboration and information sharing. Your behavior, like a rock thrown into a pond, causes ripples distorting WHC’s culture and affecting people far beyond the point of impact.

 

If Sebastian and Nelson are reading these posts which I believe they are, it will help the team tremendously because it will confirm what they already think and what others are afraid to say during talk sessions with you present.
