What do you think of this? If the company was doing so well with Northera (107%) of budget, one would think do the same as you did to hit that high. In business school I was not tough to stop the spending when the returns are coming in.

This makes no sense, you can’t sell Northera on a stand up call. The two yahoos running this company think they can apply psych tactics to us, they’ll quickly see the drop in sales and then start whining. I wish Deborah had more insight and would realize they’re ruining the most profitable division in the company.

The fact that tour using big pharma words like stand up call is very telling. I’m glad you only have $1100. Time for me to rise in the rankings.

$1100??? Psych gets $800 But with summer now full on, it is ok. My vacation days combined with my providers vacations, it seems to be actually be just fine.

I didn't realize you didn’t start in Primary Care at some point in your career. Many of us did, for me over 29 years ago. Been in specialty for the last 10. You prove my point exactly, Theres no such thing as a an effective call that’s not an appointment or lunch when your selling a rare disease orphan drug, so with a cut in the lunch budget we’ll make less calls and have less access and sell less product. That seems like the wrong thing to do when Northera brings in an equivalent revenue to the company as psych with no partnerships with a quarter of the reps.

29 years in parham and only 10 in specialty. And I thought I was a late bloomer.

Did your momma feed you paint chips?

Based on your maturity level you must be on the psych team.

Same thing happened before the reorg of neuro and psych.

I guess November 1st will be more change.

God you neuro reps whine. Go back and sell your drug that nobody needs for a disease that nobody cares about, at a "rape the patient and the insurance company" price

You wish you could sell a rare disease orphan drug that is the most profitable product in Lundbeck’s portfolio. Would love to see you get access to a customer without samples. Pretty soon you’ll be working for Takeda or Otsuka since there really is no need for a Lundbeck Pysch rep.

When Takeda and Otsuka get all the profits from the psych drugs it begs the question, why do we even need a Lundbeck psych rep? We can rake our small share of the profits without the overhead. Guess we’ll see on the 22nd.

Help me understand, we are cutting budgets but we have these worthless POA meetings covering nothing new, or Manager meetings? Is it necessary for Managers to have meetings and fly across the country to stay at resorts to discuss our strategies? Simple question.......What activities generate revenue and what generate overhead?
