joke of a conference call tomorrow. Do they really think we will believe anything they have to report? None of us expect to hear anything of any value. Any hope of transparency was lost when they wrapped in a discussion about the Auburn technology center. That is a stale topic and already been discussed on cwc. The survey was never meant to make change but part of the normal succession management process. Any results that will be reported will be so scrubbed that management will only acknowledge they have a few areas “for improvement” but overall everything is roses. We will never have transparency to the individual questions which is what everyone would like to see. Here is a thought for management- quit wasting our time to make you feel better.
Spot on brother/sister! I am not wasting my time and didn’t even accept the invite. The survey is disingenuous.
Patrick Furtaw doesn't care about the employees or the survey results. No one tiny bit. He's being paid a handsome salary to destroy the KSEA we all once knew. Those in leadership have now rigged the entire system so that no success is sustainable except perhaps their own.
If you don't like it leave Many are on the way out . Surely the quota increases will be reasonable next year .
