Enough is enough already with Tonya. When are they going to fire her? She has broke every credo violation in the book, berates her team and flaunts about her ‘relationship’ with Zelem. Act fast before JnJ gets slapped with lawsuits. Not to mention she has a 4th graders vocabulary

this day cannot come soon enough. TD continues to treat her team and her ‘peers’ with total contempt and disregard. She has to be the worst ‘leader’ that I have ever come across in my career at J&J.

Anyone know what the straw that broke the camel’s back was?

Great news, tremendous progress over the past year getting rid of all the unqualified buddies from way back, the abusive ones with no respect for our credo and the unethical ones who are in bed with our vendors. Let’s finish the job and get rid of the ones still with these issues: JMS, CD, JM, SP, etc.

Rumour has it that one of her top 'henchman" SD is next on the chopping block. Lots of credo calls about the ops meeting he hosts every day.

long overdue, he has been long ‘protected’ by his family connections for far too long

Agreed ; I’ve personally observed his rants and questionable behaviors both in the ops meeting as well as when he was in the old CRT room.
