    what really is the story about those two hernia device failures last week?

    Is the company going to do any follow up now that we have a CIA? In the past - Columbia just ignored the evidence failures and never followed-up with my surgeons ..... I hope that now - we will be forced to answer questions

    We have another bumm kisser promoted to manager. This time it’s a 24 year with crappy sales who was an associate rep 6 months ago y’all. But he’s friends with one of DDs boys, so it’s okay. DD’s abundant business experience of full display again.

    At what company is this 24 year old a manager?!?!?!? ONLY AT ACELL!

    the tiny RM is insecure so he put a dumb whipping boy in place under him. Don’t promote smart people. Promote those you can push around. TB is a tiny man with big insecurities.

    don’t be stupid. - the company is sending you a clear Message - the old ways worked ... it worked for DD... it worked for KL ...and it worked for SS, DA and others.

    so - do MORE.

    - Read the tea leaves- what worked in the past .... is what is endorsed by the current Board and senior leadership

    You can still use Gentrix in Pelvic Floor .... and Breast ReCon is a HUGE market.

    Just ask your leadership team .. Tony is the best. Michael and Andrew (in the Northeast) can help you Leverage the data to drive growth in pelvic floor, breast reconstruction and limb salvage

    I think it might be 5 times.... but it doesn’t matter because he was framed every time. I’m confident they were all drummed up by the Russians to keep this fine American down. If you met this guy, you’d know none of it could be true. He’s not angry or creepy at all. And he doesn’t yell at us or scare away our doctors or make women uncomfortable. Never happens. And he never had a “life coach” assigned to him by the company to deal with anger issues because he screamed and tried to intimidate us. That didn’t happen either.
