Essex was FIRED from Stryker

Essex doesn't work hard, he doesn't think he has to. He works as little as possible, but always insures he is ready for his presentations to leadership to appear prepared. He thinks his only job is to hold us accountable, not help us. Uninspiring to have a leader like him. For the sake of everyone I hope he gets fired soon.

 

That dude not goin anywhere. Handpicked by the dude that was handpicked by McMillan. He just fired every manager and director and half the sales force is turned over. Not many people left who know what he did to the division. It’s his history to write and you’ll be out before him.
