Does anyone have any insight as to salary or commission structure for the new ivig role? Good gig or keep looking?

no one knows salary. No one interviewing or recruiting would tell us, yet everyone of us were forced to tell our current salaries. By the time they decide who they want, we will have better offers paying way more than Pfizer will pay. Companies that pay well, reveal that before they waste your time interviewing.
The answer isn’t simple. Pf has 4 different SHR levels dependent upon experience. The lowest Position is 76k the highest salary at the highest level is 186k. We pay a good salary to new strong sales people. Bonuses are smaller (I think this group will be in the low to mid 30’s), and raises are always small. Just curious, did you think the starting salary would be given on the phone screen? They need your salary info to make their offer IF you earn it. If this process is too onerous, you should definitely select one of the other companies banging on your door.
