What is culture and morale like in the NJ office and in the field ?

 

That lazy loser Ferraro just got promoted to NSD which says it all about this poorly managed suck up culture. Watch as more good reps leave this hell hole.

Someone hit a nerve because their post about what’s wrong with this place was deleted!

 

Morale is low and everyone is looking for another job in the Field. We get blamed for everything that goes wrong while home office people don’t work and get promoted.

 

Morale has been really low since Puerto Rico. One day people dancing around in orange suits loving the company, the next day we will pay you $10/ vial and you will make no money! It says a lot that Carolyn left, think about it. She had a phenomenal launch and leaves to go to a company that doesn't even have an approved product. Then Lenny/Sue response is not interview anyone outside the company and promote Ferraro.

 

Carolyn knew this ship is sinkinggggg.... she made it very clear that there was no way in hell that she’s report to Sue.
