Diagnostics must be a tough business, whether you work for Foundation, Guardant, Caris, etc...

My friend here in Boise just left Guardant. He said that reps are leaving in groves, as well as managers. The company may struggle to survive for another year, given that everyone is leaving. How does a company survive long term with mass turnover.

 

Guardant just fired their sales manager here in the Northeast. The whole division is looking to leave.

 

What the hell is going on? They fired all the reps but Houston here in Texas and next week is the Oklahoma rep last week.

 

Was she fired? She’s a VP at Caris now.

 

James said he fired her, he showed her the door. James wants his own people.

Part time job, huh. Everyone here in Texas has been fired by Guardant over the last year. Not sure hiring a Veracyte rep is the answer.

 

They fired the rep in Oklahoma as well. My friend in Oklahoma City is a GrubHub driver and applied. The manager called and was really impressed with his career at GrubHub since on time food delivery to cancer centers is critical to the success of a Guardant rep. I thought that was interesting.

At Foundation, we love kicking Guardant Health ass in Texas. Now they are hiring more bodies for dead end jobs.

Just curious, does the hiring manager at Guardant Health share during the interview process that Guardant Health jobs in Texas are TEMPORARY! 6-9 months and you are out. Yeah, I know its a paycheck, but a real short term one.

 

Love the turmoil at this company. When the stock hit $110, I shorted 25,000 shares. Its like Christmas in September. The company execs are in constant motion printing cheap options and cashing in options, like what, well over 100 mil over the last few months. They know the direction the stock will be taking, hint, not upwards. The stock has lost 30% in a short time period. Look for the stock to drop below $60 shortly. A 50% drop would be awesome.

 

Love seeing the Board Members/Execs continue to sell. Earnings Report on Thursday and not looking good. Look for the stock to drop to between 30-40/share, maybe as low as 25. Wish I had shorted 100,000 shares at $110.

 

I am so thankful that the executive and board at Guardant continue to sell shares and keep the stock price depressed. Just shorted again at 80, knowing this stock will head down to 60, maybe even 50. I feel sorry for the sucker new employees that buy employee stock shares thinking they are going to make money. Hate to crash your party fools.

Love the stock drop today. Thank You AmirAli for dumping more shares to add to the stock drop. I feel sorry for the poor sucker employees as the Executives and Directors continue the stock dump, which will accelarate in December. Stock could drop to 50 before the next earnings report. The employees buying stock in an employee plan is like having a savings account at the bank that pays a negative 5% interest rate.
