I hear Skin is getting killed too by crazed leadership, I wonder how long it will take these thugs to ruin Nuero

Why so adamant about hiring ex Stryker failures. They aren’t even doing well.

Angela Steinway is the reason the west is collapsing for WR. She will continue to pretend like she knows what she is doing and the trend of firing reps/managers. Tony Somohano is next on the chopping block. Mark my words...

Tony’s alright. He was all over CB. How ridiculous. Is it possible that Tony Somohano and Angela are having an affair? Thanks Bob

Things are not going well in the West. Seems that mgt would rather fire and hire. This seems to mean that existing products are not hitting the mark. Let’s just hire another rep who can get the region through the next qtr. No support, no one gives a shit about the people and what the root of the problem actually is, poor mgt.

Damn Tony, say it ain’t so.

Firing KK and backfilling with HS?!?!? What a freaking joke!! Half the reps in that region can’t stand her. How oblivious can you be? Guess we’ll just fire them and hire new ones that will just fall in line. The Integra way....

The Integra way to run the West coast -

    1. Hire people who are totally unqualified with zero experience or failed experience in management to be in leadership roles.

    2. Begin the rotation of finger pointing of what reps to blame for the fact these “leaders” don’t know what they are doing.

    3. “Leaders” can’t figure out why things aren’t improving. More blaming of reps coupled with shady recruitment tactics to replace reps who have been pushed out.

    4. Repeat

Moral of the story: cronyism is an infestation on the West coast

RIP sales reps on West Coast. EO is on its last leg. Mgt. sucks, products are horrible. Good luck.

No worries people Angela will just get promoted again within a year, Pete has her on the fast track to what who knows but hopefully it is out of sales. She was terrible in Enterprise and sounds like no better in wound recon........

Lets talk about EO. Way to go Jack lowest ranking in the entire US. Do you think it’s the reps or leadership? Think hard asshole! Think hard.

it’s crazy that the western half of the country across several divisions can have so many issues and the problem is the reps How far do things have to fall?

West is simply a red herring--if you move enough shells around investors won't know whats really going on-what I cannot figure out is where all this revenue growth is coming from. It seems they just make it up at commercialization meetings. BD says retention is at an all time high that ain't the only thing high...

poor middle management is to blame. the job of an rm is becoming outdated . integra Rms are only good for forecasting calls and tagging along awkwardly during surgeon dinners. most often they provide no surgeon relationships and arent the strongest “clinical expert” in the region aka the development of clinical specialists and rbl ......great example... every Rm in the west....name one Rm across eo or wr that it doesn’t apply here..jack, heather- embarrassment, tonie, josh, trevor, christ even the avP wouldn’t be able to cover a case or attend a dinner without starring in silence and mumbling a few regurgitated bs lines they heard on a conference call. no successful company has a system like this so who cares anymore. nothing will change and we all will try to hold on as long as we can until a big change happens. integra is too dumb to adapt to the changing marketplace and will be left behind. well we already been left behind by at least 10 years where we should be. the last relevant study was more than 11 years ago tell me how that happens.

Considering an offer for wound care in the OR. Manager says the territory is doing well even though the rep left for what they called a lateral move. Seems like a lot of unhappy reps here on CP but also a platform for venting out frustration. Anyone care to share the state of the union? Culture, upside income, future of the division? Appreciate it.

Worst culture I’ve experienced. Think about it, why would anyone make a lateral move???? To get the hell out of here that’s why.
