If you are interviewing, run for the hills. No money to be made on Poteligeo and unless you Lisa or Raj you make no money on Sancuso. I have been around for a couple of years and I’m done! It has been about 3 years since anyone posted about this company aside from a couple posters in 2018 asking about a job. So I sit and scratch my ass asking who left the company recently, joined the company recently or is pretty pissed they didn’t get what they want.

Who left ? CD left probably because she couldn’t handle being held accountable reporting to SS. This created a dinkleberry affect where useless blowfarts think they deserve something they didn’t get. Then there’s CM who a lot of us in the field thought was the best candidate but his arrogance is so blatant it can light a fart on fire. Oh then there’s brother PH. What exactly do you do? Your reps tell us you fake field rides, work 2 hours a day and talk bad about anyone you feel threatened by. I can go on and on but why waste your time.

Who joined recently? Shit we hate that now we are exposed. CD always hid and protected us but now we feel naked. Now don’t get me wrong I wouldn’t mind role playing with some naked brothers but damn some of you cottage cheese thigh and beer belly sisters are just hideous.

Keep this rolling so we have something to read at noon when we get in the field

7 vacancies out of 40 spots? That’s really embarrassing. I know of 8 current reps interviewing. We all know there is a lot more. People don’t leave good situations at this level. What will it take for them to wake up and realize there is a problem? When does Japan step in? Culture needs change. I loved working here and now it’s all this backstabbing BS going on, and our new NSD is involved in a lot of it. I never met anyone that gossips so much. Anyway, I don’t want to leave but if it stays this way I will be joining everybody else. Looks like my tenure is coming to an end unless DF surprises me with a lot of change but he is just another head on Lenny’s snake. Fingers crossed!

 

People leave bosses. You need to look at the managers. See CD protected reps and we would complain directly to her around our manager. Can’t do that anymore. It was a good ride making good money for doing nothing. Time to leave. Besides my manager is a monkey.

 

Medlar was the only internal option but yes you are correct he is the cockiest SOB especially for someone who works at KK. They should have went external and shook things up. Bring in a real leader that holds both home office and the field accountable. Put together a real system in regards to comp plans. Holding Steve/Don accountable so we arnt doing their job once a month. Stop worrying about emails and more about setting up baselines where if you finish 50% above goal you are only ranked in the middle of the field! It’s a joke! Get rid of volume % and do it all by baseline for a fair playing field, then give us $100 for every effing vial! God dammit they are a bunch of snowflakes in Bedminster!!
