There arent many things I have less faith in than a Takeda survey being anonymous.

Just be honest without being a jerk/personal to specific people and it won’t hurt you. They need to know what is really going on out here.

If the survey is labeled anonymous, by LAW it cannot be employed to identify individual employees. That's the FACT and quit stirring up trouble!!

It is not completely anonymous. They can't dentify who wrote what. They know which surveys came in for each area, region and district. So they can figure out who wrote what.

You are absolutely wrong about this. I have seen anonymous surveys where there was a shout out to the first 3 who did the survey. Keep telling yourself it is anonymous. By LAW...haha.

On the survey subject from former employee. My district has just undergone a DM change, the new DM had only been on board for one month.
Sinse it was such a short period of time, I based my answer on the outgoing DM whom I had reported to for the previous two years, thereby, putting a bad light on the brand new DM.
I was asked to meet with the Regional Manager and the new District Manager to explain why I had greated the DM in such a way. ( I'll spare you the rest of the story)

BUT AS TO THE QUESTION OF ANONYMITY, I CAN SAFELY SAY; .....BS

Quit lying and stirring up crap! By LAW, and employer cannot ID employees on an Anonymous survey. Go back to your mommy's basement!

Curious - was the old DM guilty of something illegal or something that would have exposed Takeda to legal woes? And is that what you put in the survey?

I’m thinking of a priest in a confessional. If you tell the priest you murdered someone, they will call alert the authorities.

They aren’t anonymous. Let’s say hypothetically someone writes that they are going to do harm to someone. That person is being fired and likely arrested. It clearly states if you look at the policy, they have the ability to track IP addresses to computers. It also must be completed on a Takeda computer. They can find out who said what. Use your heads.

I never EVER fill these out..There's that old adage, if you have nothing to say, don't say it at all.

I have a lot to say. But the company this doesn’t want to hear it. What kind of company cares so little about their employee retention, the don’t even have an ESPP?

Has Takeda historically taken these surveys seriously? Shire had them, but they seemed to “cherry pick” a few things, but no real change. I’m hoping things get better on the culture front. I tried to be excited, but it seems like Takeda really doesn’t give much of a care about employees being happy or engaged. Just get the damn 8 calls per day.

Well, if that’s what they want, that’s what they’ll get.

    What a shame.

I don’t trust Takeda. I’m not taking the survey no matter how many email reminders they send. Trust is earned and this company has done less than nothing to make me believe they can be trusted.

OK. If you don't complete a survey, you will be on the list of non-participants. That is not a good list to be on, sparky! Let's see how tough you are loser!

So you are saying they know who completes them. And if they know who completes them they know their responses. Ya, perfectly anonymous.

Not working at Takeda, but one thing I do know is that responses on surveys can be easily attached to the person that filled it out. No need to go into details. If the question has a middle choice or a choice of n/a, pick one of them.

THEY ARE NOT, HEAR ME, NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR REAL FEELINGS. DISGRUNTLED PEOPLE WILL BE IDENTIFIED, AND THE INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT UNTIL NEEDED!!! Start trying to find another job immediately! A lay-off is definitely coming!

They can’t tell your DBM who wrote the comments, but the DBMS get specific feedback from their team and they can tell who writes comments from their interactions with you and the way you write it.
