Btw. Mz my phone was deliberately not on mute yesterday when I had to take a piss during the bogus conference cal .

 

The amount of turnover in this company has been staggering over the last 12 months. Several of the TOP sales people have left...why? There is a direct correlation between the turnover and it’s leadership. How long will it take for the investors to realize this? You don’t have to have an MBA to figure that one out...clowns!

 

Not to mention many other quality employees in several departments have left and are leaving. Is leadership concerned?

 

Bad leadership can take a good staff and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation

24 RSMs have resigned in 2019 so far. What a great workplace.

 

Like the earlier post stated...a direct reflection of the leadership! Running this company in to the ground.

But the sales contest will resuscitate the place right? What a sham.They don't even pay out commissions, why would they pay out for the lame sales contest. Pipelines looks so promising, but they're all fake.i know mine is while I look for another job

 

Wait, what? There's a sales contest? I want in. I can't do my job unless there is a contest. How do I play this contest? I know I can only land business if there's an extremely confusing set of rules to determine my worth and then once i know my worth, I'll hit it out of the park. But since I cant even understand the ground rules- nevermind.

 

The Ground Rules

We are going to have a sales contest this month. The winners will get to enter next month’s contest. For a chance to enter the next month's contest to learn if the first months contest was motivating.

 

The sales contest is clear desperation from a company that is struggling to survive. New leadership needed ASAP!

 

So many new cs staff I get a new one every day. Aegis why all the turnover?

 

Because cs knows Aegis is going under.

Interesting you say that! I thought it was just me. I am a fairly new rep needing to increase samples but I am spending triple the time in Apollo trying to make it look good as I am selling. I am quickly finding our sales leadership has no clue on how to run a business.

 

The turnover Aegis has had over the past year is mind blowing. Not just in sales but every dept.

At least the top 3-4 people in the company already raided their millions out of it. Aegis has already served its purpose, good luck, losers

 

rumor has it one of the reps near Nashville is getting exposed for business bribes. It was only a matter of time before their “out of office” deals were caught! Makes the entire company look horrendous.
