I don’t know how many of you have reached out to HR besides me but I know Madeline coffin personally and she would be astounded by the lack of response and care from our new HR team. They are too busy and don’t want to hear the truth . Kim and Steve please stop acting like everything is fine. It’s NOT and if you can’t get rid of this horrific leadership team you have not done your job. You are way too hands off - it’s depressing

Stop your griping and go back to work...or find another company. Our HR staff has been amazing of late. Most of what they do isn't public dumb dumb! Kim and Steve are fantastic and working very hard to support our people. Leave em alone!
Steve and Kim are doing a great job. They have started to send the message that managers can’t stay here if they aren’t good. I am happy they are here. It’s not an easy job so why don’t you give them a break
