Retaliation at UCB

    It's not just women. It's sadly anyone that doesn't fit their perfect model employee, i.e. someone that sucks to up management and HR. They target people with illnesses and disabilities as well as anyone that dares speak their mind. Be warned!

    GP, a fairly new Regional, unfairly pushed two women out in his last role, not sure if they pursued legal action, but I know one was told she had a legit legal case. KW, had an opportunity to defend them, but didn't. At the end of the day UCB is a good ol' boys club! If you're a man, former JNJ, or sucking up to someone you have a chance here, until someone throws you under the bus.

    Wah-wah-wah.....I’m a victim because I’m an (pick your gender or race). Give me a break, I am a female Hispanic and get so tired of this. Don’t suck at your job and/or life and quit looking to be a victim and maybe you will be more successful.

    He has more HR investigations documented than any other manager regardless of male or female! Hopefully, Brussels finally realizes what is going on and how it jeopardizes the reputation of UCB and future launches.

    I’ll say her name,Tracey Morrison. She is an extremely unpleasant and manipulative Human Resourses manager at UCB who thinks she can run the show with no one looking over her shoulder or holding her accountable for her behaviors. She must have a manager of some oversight, who or where is this person? If she doesn’t, it makes sense how she has become such a diabolical person. Tracey manipulates and flat out lies to employees, managers, and even to UCB as a whole to cover her tracks. She makes decisions without thinking about the consequences and then does everything in her power to cover her tracks so she won’t get caught. UCB is a good company with some amazing people working for it, so how ONE person is allowed to continuing act so poorly towards individual employees and continue to get away with it is mind boggling. How has Tracey been allowed to keep her job? With little discipline herself, she knows the power that she has. Isn’t it time for someone at UCB to step in and review her behaviors? Why not look into her emails, phone calls, and actually contact the many UCB employees who she has targeted.

    As an HR manager, she has personal control over so many talented individuals. UCB should and hopefully is completing a full investigative review of her personal conduct and behaviors. She will continue to be huge liability for this company until something major happens like a major lawsuit, etc. Unfortunately, UCB will end up having to pay the price, so I hope that someone steps in before this happens

    Good standing, no misconduct, good employees should be left to do their jobs and not feel like they are walking on eggs shells with a target on their backs. Please do yourself a favor, if Tracey Morrison is your HR manager HIDE! Keep to yourself, don’t call HR for any reason, and remember everything that you say too a co-worker, your manager, etc. is fair game if Tracey gets ahold of it. She will investigate you at anytime for any reason she deems necessary regardless of the reason. This has been true regardless if UCB’s legal team would disagree with her. It’s unfortunate that current and past employees will and have to continue to work with her. Remember, it’s not defamation of character if what you write or say is factual. Unfortunately, Tracey Morrison herself likes to make up her own reality, facts and lies, so if you care about your reputation, which I think we all do, keep your distance. I’ve seen this happen to far to many good people who have not deserved to be treated so poorly.

    Spot on! It’s so sad what UCB has turned into. Anyone that gets close to exposing what is happening or a potential threat to the code......watch out!

    This is all BS

    Tracey is the nicest kindest humblest person I ever met at UCB
    They should clone her
    She help me immensely thru my divorce after my ex-husband (who also worked at UCB) cheated on me with his male co-worker. I found them both making out at the parking lot. Gross me out.
    But Tracey was there for me. She made sure I was taken care of, UCB sent me on an International assignment so I didn't have to deal with Paul. I wish the prick lots of luck and a happy (merry or gay) life with his new "partner". I am disgusted by all this balls-on-balls sex stuff

    This is perfect example of Tracey Morrison manipulation. Homophobic woman who couldn’t satisfy her husband so he switched sides. And yet Tracey protected you and gave you a cushy assignment over seas with all expenses paid. Thanks for proving the poster right. And if you are that discriminatory you shouldn’t be here in the first place. Take your closed minded ideals and move on.

    And…Still, UCB has done nothing about this problem! I’ve kept quiet for too long. Wake up UCB! I am surprised you haven’t been sued for the way Tracey mistreats people. I personally looked into it and was told I had a case. I documented all of Tracey’s poor behaviors, phone calls, outside conversations, emails, etc. Unfortunately, I had already been through enough… On the other hand, it would have taken UCB 5 minutes to dig into Tracey’s lies, manipulation and deceit, but they chose not to and Tracey continues to be a huge liability. It’s her job is to prevent liabilities, not create them.

    Tracey Morrison, perhaps you hang your head low in shame for how you have treated so many people over the years or maybe you continue to treat people with the same blatant disrespect… Either way, I am embarrassed for you and feel bad for all of the people and families that you have hurt. It’s sad.

    Unfortunately, people don’t forget or forgive incomprehensible actions or the inherent ability to manipulate the truth and facts like you do! You are an embarrassment to yourself, UCB as a company and all of the RD’s who have worked hard to protect you over the years … UCB and its employees deserve better.

    One day, someone from the management team or a UCB employee will read this thread and action will be taken… You see, people like me don’t take the time to write something out like this unless they feel it’s absolutely necessary and true… One of these days, it will finally be Tracey’s turn for an internal investigation! We all know there are many current and past UCB employees all across the country who would love to see that happen. Until then, we are still waiting…
