Interpret as you will, any missteps and trouble:

With debt reaching 61% of equity, ACOR may be thought of as relatively highly levered. This is a bit unusual for a small-cap stock, since they generally have a harder time borrowing than large more established companies. Though, since ACOR is presently unprofitable, sustainability of its current state of operations becomes a concern. Running high debt, while not yet making money, can be risky in unexpected downturns as liquidity may dry up, making it hard to operate.

sidestepping the name calling... there’s viable risk and the fact you reference deep pockets of investors is troubling... Acorda, not profitable, heavy debt, one product commercialized and struggling for traction, major talent departure all rolls up to NOT FAVORABLE... hence your stock price slide. You can spin what you want with investors dollars.... but what really matters is shareholder sentiment based on ACTUAL performance... and they have spoken. Your leaderships pedigrees have not helped current state

investor call on August 1 should be interesting.

1.3M for the quarter for the inhaled super drug?! So much for the gajillions Habib has been touting. That is a pretty tepid launch. Drugs that start this weak do not hit $750M. They tend to peak in the $60-$70M range.

Should have sold when you had the chance Habib. Nowhere to hide now.

You better get your IR and Comms teams to talk to the investment community then little buddy since it’s being reported as $1.3M in sales. Not even revenue.

That might prove to be a better way to influence share price rather than posting BS on CP. just a thought.

that's a very misleading figure. There must be an explanation. We were under impression it was 13M net. Maybe the web e-report you read was hacked by competition?
