District manager salary

Any chance I can get some real responses on salary/bonus info for a district manager position?

I'm holding out little hope. But I figured it was worth a shot.

 

heard once about 130k
But a DM at Celgene is a dream job. They don’t do ANYTHING

No ride alongs
No conf calls
No fcr
No success emails BS
No role play
No business plans
No learning about the actual product and competition to help coach your reps
Oh, NO managing at all

I went five months without even talking to my manger. It was great!

 

That was the Celgene way. But soon it will be big pharma BMS.

 

Sounds ideal.
130k is on the low side. Any idea what their target bonus is?
