    So we've been divested from Spectrum, now what? Vacancies are not being filled-does that mean they are reevaluating whether to keep us or not?

    Yes including current leadership.

    Personally, I think everyone is safe. The question to me is will they back fill when people voluntarily leave? So far I've seen one position backfilled. One "in-house" person (Finance) just left and it will be interesting to see if that is backfilled.

    Don't forget there will have to be new drugs coming to keep this ship afloat, so if you stick around long enough your portfolio will grow/change.

    I wouldn't be worried, freezing vacancies is pretty standard with any acquisition.

    Both points above lend to some credibility however; i would not put money on it. Right now is the evaluation period to include leadership and structure. Many are interviewing and waiting to see what external options they may have. Compensation and the benefits are driving the resumes on the streets. Paying this much for health insurance is ridiculous. From a leadership perspective there is a mix bag of opinions but the one common theme is we may not have the leadership required for us to succeed.

    Time will tell.

    Benefits at SPPI were certainly better, and cheaper, but these things vary greatly across companies and over the years I've been in better and worse situations for benefits.

    If you're worried that our current leadership may not lead us to success I'm curious what you thought about SPPI's leadership. Those jokers haven't done anything since Raj left. The best thing they did for SPPI was sell the commercial brands, and then the top guys paid themselves handsomely in bonuses. I can't wait to see their 2019 bonuses after having to withdraw the BLA.

    Benefit cost are on the high end and not comparable to industry standards. That’s just the facts.

    SPPI’s leadership is nothing but smoke and mirrors and a lawsuit waiting to happen from a business ethic perspective. One can make the argument that it’s a whistleblowers dream if they choose to report to OIG. Everyone jokes about it. I don’t disagree with you on the best thing they did was selling their current portfolio. They sold the Brooklyn bridge. LOL

    So the exits will continue and that is also a fact.

    O Intelligent One,
    It’s a general rule of thumb that if you are going to insult someone’s intelligence, you should demonstrate your own genius with a properly crafted message. Grammar much? Proofread much? I count at least five errors in two short sentences. Now, go read a book and learn proper English. Spiff it up a bit.

    You are 100% correct. Thank you for the feedback. Grammar aside I’m not wrong with the overall assessment. You will see when individuals get shifted from their glorified jobs. In the meantime I will take your suggestion to “read a book and learn proper English”. Your point is valid.
