Really what is happening here I have a ton of resumes coming in from clovis. Is there new leadership? Are people that unhappy?
Good question but answer complicated. Mostly got sick of completely inexperienced leadership who were either promoted internally and have not one single clue how to manage people or were brought in because they're bros with the new NSD. No one with any idea how to fix the sales problems so no hope of changing the future.
Done is understatement. Not the same company we were at all! It is so frustrating watching things go to subpar levels. So many new hires that are not qualified. Very sad.
