Cordant is Buying!

Rumor is Cordant needs add on labs. Want labs with EBITDA of 5-10m and price between 7-7.5x EBITDA. Want at least 85% in-network billing and minimal billing above TIER 1 codes. Prefers full service lab to just tox. My lab was contacted by IB to see if we want to sell. Owners said no, but they are actively looking, but are only finding warts!

 

Looking yes, buying no. They can't find a lab that does not have issues with compliance. All tox labs are f**ked!

 

thats what they deserve. They treat employees terribly.

 

EM runs the show at that company but she works for multiple labs. She has Sue fooled and the company does anything she requests. Including paying her to work for multiple companies. Jokes on you “management!” She’s taking all your accounts and leaving!
