Tamika (Clinical) giving direct reports hard times?

Maybe she needs guidance?

 

Poor decision by Nadine K. and her directors. She was not a people leader. She was better off as a contractor. She doesn’t get support from Nadine K.

However, Tamika has attitude that she needs to address.

 

Was she supposed to be a leader? I don’t think she has the attributes to be one.i agree she needs help. She doesn’t seem to be so friendly either.

She needs to be sneaky and double faced and arrogant like Holman and Fred. It might help her.

 

Why all the hate? You don’t like Homan, Fred, Tamika. Maybe it’s you. Leave if you’re not happy because you obviously don’t have the guts to tell this to their face. Coward.

 

She is not a people person. I am not sure why she is in this role. Why blame her. Nadine (her boss) is not a people person. In fact she is horrible.
