When are they going to let go of H Raju in D&A AM ? She continues to treat her team and her ‘peers’ with total contempt and disregard. She has to be the worst ‘leader’ that I have ever come across in my career at J&J.

Latest is that she told a BUIT partner to F*** O** in a conference call !!!

Those on that conference call should log an incident into the credo website. Every incident is investigated confidentiality. I have been interviewed several times and know for sure my comments were not linked to me. Many of us are afraid of retaliation in this climate but I do think those who have taken this step have contributed to the demise of DZ, JC, CW, TD, etc. We need to have the courage to report what we see and remove all those remaining who continue to disregard our credo. Let’s get those examples documented in the credo website on SP, JMS, CD, etc

It’s time for great credo based leadership.

Himabindu Raju in ITTS ... is she the one? OMG ... taking credit for the work of her team. Talks badly of her manager taking away the promotion she deserves. What a bully ..!!!

I have directly worked with H Raju on multiple occasions and never seen her break during intense situations. I have heard highly about her from her team members and colleagues. This is shocking to see. She has always focussed on driving improvements and delivering results. I have personally seen her mentor and coach her team members.

Does anyone has experienced non-credo behaviour personally or is this hear-say?

i have worked with HRaju in multiple capacity, very tenacious and go getter. Her biggest weakness is her impatience and seeking immediate gratification. Though she controls herself but she has been losing her temper a lot and not surprised that she lost in a large meeting

Everyone looses temper once in a while. There are different breaking points for different people. Also depends on how many initiatives are LT asking her to take on to compensate low performers in the organization.

How is the workload balanced in IT or BT?
What kind of help is LT providing for go getters vs non-performers?

Completely agree with the situation on workloads. However, her reputation is pretty bad. In terms of treating folks like they're not her equal. I was part of OneMD conversations (which was a cluster) and she did absolutely nothing to help. Instead repeatedly threw the blame on on infrastructure and called then non-technical order takers. It was really funny though :)

Yeah she is absolutely hungry for success BUT CANNOT be a leader. Just ask her own team (internal and of vendors) ... she repeatedly has "ordered" them to follow her directions even if they're in conflict with the G&O's of the team. She walks over her manager like a cake most of the times ...!!!

Its surprising to see this. I was part of OneMD remediation efforts for more than a year. She is the only leader i saw was up with the team beyond working hours continuously trying to keep things going without a break for more than 3 days. Some close to her know she lost her vocal cords handling oneMD issues. I have never seen anyone stretch this much in JnJ. Lot of stability since then in the platform. Not sure if others took credit for the work. Also not sure if vendors in JnJ have the right intent as they enjoy the conflict in JnJ operating model so they can make more money. Ofcourse when someone expects them to deliver at a higher level they are going to throw them under the bus.

Non-technical order takers is funny. There is some reality there. Most people in JnJ need to retire. Come on people lets get real. We have done our part and need the next generation take over.

With so many tech companies in NYC area, why no one wants to come to JnJ. May be we need to start focusing on "doing experiment and learning lessons" part of credo more seriously than just being nice to each other and dragging the company down.

Many people would love to retire if the packages were better. Nowadays, it's 2 weeks per year up to a year's pay. Us old folks remember the packages that gave you the same pay, plus adding 5 years to your age and 5 years to years of service. Offer these again and me and my other old farts would be skipping out with smiles on our faces.

That doesn't give the new generation the license to treat your peers with utmost disrespect.

This company was not built on us not talking to each other. These people lie HRaju need to be rooted out for creating acidic individual focused environments which are detrimental to company growth and brand. We have started cleaning the house with CW, TD and others gone. This Non-Credo vicious behavior should not be tolerated. It's a TEAM - an individual cannot deliver and take the organization to where we need to.

Her vicious behavior has already pushed Business Partners to completely lose belief in App Support and do the work themselves. Additionally, she is now blaming the D&A Build team for showing Run in bad light.

What a manipulator, deserves the door.

Totally agree, let’s get together and get these examples documented. These folks need to be out of J&J and it will take all of us to get it done. We need credo minded leaders back in IT.

Sticking around for a paycheck hoping to get a package..gotta love it. This has got to be a sad reality.

While we wait for pay check and pension package, how are we encouraging credo behavior if we are not allowing new bodies into jnj, how are we allowing experimentation, how are we exploring advancements?

JnJ operating model allows folks to hide behind vendors and wait for paychecks. People who spend most of their time in gossip dont deserve to talk about credo. All talk and no play didn't make credo live for 75 years.

For the most part, folks in jnj want to bring people from Microsoft, Google and Amazon, but cannot give an environment for them to succeed. Its sad to see we are not able to attract talent and nor able to keep talent. Im afraid by design we will be left only with the folks who will wait for paychecks.

Dream on...J&J doesn't pay enough to hire people from these companies. Unless of course you're a VP and Sandy's hire(JG). But they gutted his department anyway as part of the recent budget cuts. J&J doesn't compete on pay and never will. And since J&J is not cutting edge, it will never draw the type of techies that love that stuff.

H RAJU is poison and should be shown the door quickly. she is a siloed dictator and can only be successful in a world where collaboration and credo are not important. not j&j.
