    What's the over/under on KSEA resignations YTD?

    KS is a toxic place to work. I can’t think of anyone who isn’t looking for new job. There is below zero motivation.
    Is ANYONE happy? I can’t think of 1 person.
    My offer coming.
    Have fun sinking in this Ocean of Opportunity suckers!

    if an exec doesn't get fired because of the debacle Karl C Needs to give the reigns back to his mom . Time for a wave of change at the top ! Then we can wave them out and see some opportunity .

    If it’s not your company, make the best of the situation or figure out another source of income. Yes, the changes made are very bad for sales people at Storz. It’s no longer a career company.

    They made the changes knowing that. Probably will be sold.

    Find another income stream and leave.

    I'm expecting at the mid-year for many resignations to be arriving.
    6 month window into future, right after commissions come in.

    Agreed gave it 6 months and is not working for me . The possibility of working for Medtronic is the last straw I'm out .

    At least a dozen resignations that I know of with another dozen trying to leave plus management is firing people for falling behind their numbers. There is no respect for sales effort and this company is going to crash very soon. No commissions paid for first 60% to plan. Totally ridiculous.

    Just wait until January. Do your research if you are looking at a sales position here. Call 2-3 Storz reps and ask them. It feels like a sale with the dramatic changes in pay and culture and every top producer getting out of sales. I hope the best.

    This entire cafepharma thread about STORZ is corrupt. It has corrupted insiders monitoring it and throwing up confusing shit like "fire Javier in Miami" when Javier in Miami isn't even an actual person. All the negative emotions you read in these posts are 90% true and authentic, it's a bad place to be right now and STORZ is going down for sure. STORZ is going down due to excessive greed and especially hubris by top leadership. People like Bill Wise, Chris Smith, Mike Lyman, Jeff Lersch.....none of these guys can get their ego on the same page toward running a successful company. All of these guys are basically lucky ass losers, who are getting paid huge salaries as they collectively rule over a complete and total meltdown of the company. Losers, all of them. Devoid of true leadership qualities. They have the salary of leaders but not the brains.

    olympus has majority market share is the difference. Storz prices like they do, and they will not compete on a one off service contract or placement agreement. The guy in charge of winning deals cares about P/L and has a bonus reliant on margin. Think about that and call Storz reps to understand what that means if you are considering a job there.

    Does KSEA not have enough differentiation in the camera space any more to win? Aside from management challenges, what is the issue?

    4 more left in the last 2 weeks. All were superstars! 1 from OR1, 2 from H&N and 1 from Airway! All state it is due to poor pay plan and obvious disdain for the sales force by leadership. It’s happening and picking up steam!!!
