Why are these people so useless. I can't believe in 2019 why it takes so long to get stuff done. Outage after outage. ZERO repercussions on those in charge. ZERO responsibility. Ridiculously high costs. OLD infrastructure. NO strategy. I've talked to several of the team members in private and they literally don't care. Hands up attitude. Major communication issues internally. I hope the new CIO and new CTO (RY) just say screw it, we're moving everything to the public cloud. Just do it. Close the crappy data centers (which apparently they don't know how to run either). I was watching the town hall and I hear PK talk. What a BS artist. This dude has NO CLUE what he's doing. To his credit, he's placed in an impossible role but at least he can be more honest and not BS his way through. Am I the only one who feels/thinks this way????!!!!

I am part of that team. It's not that we don't care. It's just there is no leadership and morale is very low. Everyone is confused and scared as too what's going to happen next. Months and months go by and nothing appears to be happening in the management roles. It just appears to be getting worse, with TD walk out, KB leaving. It's a swiss cheese management org. And they all just go on their happy ways like nothing is out of the ordinary. Our strategy is terrible. Unfortunately, we have such mixed bag of toys it's never going to get better. Old stuff, new stuff, stuff nobody has ever heard of. Just keep piling it on.

If you talked to us individually, I doubt we truly said we don't care. At least it wasn't meant that way. We want to help the business, but our hands are too tied to be helpful or useful

I thought the talent was poor on the team and the work ethic even worse.

This team hasn't been the same since JW and SF left. The current "leadership" of PK is by far the worst since SDDC was launched.

couldn't agree more. he has no experience with infrastructure and is preventing this team from innovating in ways they should be. apps are moving to the cloud and the place will be outsourced soon anyway. I'll be happy when I no longer have to listen to this guy tell me a BS story about why there was another outage.

I could't agree more. Every outage since PK took over is unique that industry has never seen before. What kind of BS is this. You simply can not get the facts and he can not work towards fixing broken things. Completely lacks leadership. A prime example of Dan Medco connection of incompetence

WE LIVE IN A NEW ERA WHERE ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! ARROGANT AND ABUSIVE WHITE MALES SUCH AS TOM WECK CAN NO LONGER BE TOLERATED IN OUR SOCIETY. I PRAY J&J LIVES UP TO THE CREDO AND DOES THE RIGHT THING. RELIEVE TOM OF HIS DUTIES NOW!!!
