Hire consultants that haven’t been in the field for 10 years. Have no specialty pharma drug experience and no Parkinson’s experience. Send them out to ride with reps for 5 days in a row. High and low performing reps to really see how it’s done.

Oh wait... now every rep is working on a resume because this is the worst plan ever!

Actually a smart move by an inept leadership team.

What better way to cover inept decision making than to have a report on how the field is or isn’t executing.

It’s not like these consultants are going to say a) the drug wasn’t needed, b) it was late to market, c) reimbursement sucks because of a, d) the distribution and HUB don’t work or e) the treatable population isn’t what you think it is.

Look for a wrap up that says:
    Make more calls
Make more calls on this type of doc
Make more calls on docs with this type of payer mix
Make more calls on physician extenders
    Say this more
    Say this less

Good luck. Classic blame shift with a report to back it up.

Truth!! And now you decimate what motivation and energy the sales force had left.

Sad because this is an awesome drug that has a place. Not 800mill plus but so much positive feedback that won’t matter because we will crush that with aggressive tactics and desperation.

Exactly! Nice move leadership! Now we’ve gone from motivating us all into selling a great medication to the blame game. Probably won’t need to worry too much about headcount by the end of the year.

There will be a major recruiting effort later this year. Expect robust rebound in 4Q this year as Inbrija sales literally go thru the roof !!! There is NO blame game here. Everyone is responsible for the lackluster performance ! EVERYONE !!!

Fact: We work for WORLD CLASS leadership team with intelligence levels at far end of the Gaussian distribution curve!

So lets GO GO GO !!!!

It IS over, sad but true - This has nothing to do with the competency of the field.....poor, poor planning and forecasting - leadership, enjoy your millions (LS- aren't you glad you sold so much of your stock last year) while the field does not get paid a bonus for Q2 - thinking of Q2, the year is more than half over and we have yet to see a rank report (TRX). What a joke! Great example of how NOT to launch a great drug!

Recruiting won’t help. You have one chance to lunch, and you live with what you launch... which is a sub par baseline launch which dilutes the lifetime trajectory of the brand. To late to prop this pig up.

Habib, you should try standup. That’s some funny stuff.

    Same talking points, same results.

$500,000 to hire two consultants that have not been in the field in years?!?!? We sold $3 mill of Inbrija. You’ll never know the ROI because any rep that has to ride with one of these will make finding a new job a full-time endeavor.

Consultants hired are the 'pick of the litter' yes the best of the best. Worth every penny !! Field team needs to learn from there knowledge as some are rusty.
