How is it possible our BOD, CEO and Senior Executives are able to keep their jobs?

Poor decisions just keep coming. We would have all been terminated a long time ago if we had made these decisions.

Time for a massive restructuring in Executive Leadership. Your employee’s have lost total respect for ability to lead this company.

PFE has never cared about the stock price. Although they want you to think that they are Shareholder oriented they are not. In 1999 when PFE purchased Warner Lambert the stock price was $50.00, over the next 10 years it fell yearly to a bottom of about $25.00. Since then it still hasn't recovered from 1999. Literally a generation of employees have not had stock appreciation. DO NOT GO ALL IN W/ THE 401K STOCK, you will be severely disappointed over your career. It's a dividend stock people, that's it.

The bottom got down in the teens.

Rough seas were projected for the 18-24 months before a return to growth. Hang in, buy low so you can sell high.

    And diversify.

Wrong! Pfizer is dead now and for the future. Many much better stocks to buy....PFE is at the bottom of a long list.

Dividends are being cut, stock buy-backs will be a thing of the past, and our stock price is trending back to under $36 a share. Company can't afford to keep stock price propped up because they aren't growing revenues. Wait until the sh_t hits the fan after our back loaded revenue forecasts come into contact with market reality and we don't make our full year forecasts. Take over target if stock dips to <$30 or Albert gets replaced due the significant loss of company value. Wait and see!

HQ colleagues count on grants and options to increase in value over time. The current system matures options in just five years. All options from the past few years now underwater. Incompetent management decisions affect the financial lives of many. Wait to see if ELT comp is "restructured" to reset strike price

Go back and re-read some of the old posts. The stock hasn't done anything since 1999 that is literally one generation of zero increase as a matter of fact it's a decrease. Options ditto, all the options that were granted over that time period were not a bonus but all went to zero. The only good about the stock is the Divy. Which the retires from ageneration ago is the only people benefiting. No One will be here 20-30 years again so investing in Company Stock is not the way to go into the future. Be diversified but only a small portion into PFE stock it's just not a payoff unless you can get 5000/10000 shares low and just collect the Divy.

Pfizer is part of the Dow 30 stocks so why hasnt it went up 300% the last 10yrs with the DOW? Or even last 3yrs like the DOW.
    Confusing.

Stock is one worse in the industry.
Zero growth. Takes 20 yrs to make a move back to 1990s high then few months loose 40% and still sliding.
Ceo will be gone if doesnt turn around

    Revelation. Wow had no clue.
Does being below the price 30 yrs ago finally make the stock suck?
