LN lack of leadership and communication will be the one of the main reasons she wont work out. Her dumb moves like having us all up on stage to inspire us, in reality just made us all realize what an azz clown we work for, can the experiment be done please? Feel free to remove the door knob's we know as regional directors as well, they bring NO value, they just drink the cool aid and talk about rainbows and unicorns.

 

MID AMERICA by far the worst area to report too. LN is soooo desperate to prove herself to senior management despite her lack of leadership ability, she is stepping all over us below her. I've never scene someone talk so much to offer so little. I feel my IQ has dropped 50 points since she took over Mid America, and our culture has gone down the drain!!! You are the worst LN I have ever scene in your position

Oncology is under the gun. Most regions aren’t making bonus and haven’t in a long time. That crap show has been going on for 2 years
Astellas is a shitshow. Keep an eye out for vacancies after nsf.
Only company i was at where award winners bounced before the trips to take new jobs.
