The RDs write the questions and then pick pets to lob them up on stage. No challenge. Just go with the flow.

Don’t forget to jump up enthusiastically and cheer for each useless dolt who takes the stage

Can we please get the two jerkoff Magnifica managers to go up and walk through another horrific role play with each other that wastes 25 minutes of my life??

I would much rather see Coyle perform his best “van down by the river” skit that those two jack holes up on stage.

Please please please can I see Coyle perform his latest “van down by the river” skit.

And definitely no more of those two Magnifica jack wads and their horrible, time wasting role plays. They were worse than a rep with zero product knowledge.

Role plays in general are a waste of time if you’ve been in the industry for 3+ years. It’s a skill you know how to perform or fake. Easy to go through the motions after how often we’ve had to do it.

These meetings would be much better utilized for business acumen, product competitor info, team building, and overall disease state knowledge.

I’d like to see Coyle role play the target 3 trial as a rep. In front of a real doctor. Just once.

I think the fumblerooskie is more aligned to what we do

If we shifted away from role play, our lame managers and the training team would actually have to work at the meetings. They might even need to learn the clinical data and sales tools.

Blue Sunday today as I contemplate the countdown to another awful meeting. At least they shortened it.

Just take your cup of Kool-Aid, lay back, and think of England.
