    I wouldn’t want to be working for Mylan right now, massive layoffs. Upjohn mgmt/Pfizer shareholders are essentially in charge. Just because you have more products, doesn’t mean you need more employees. Redundant staff will be slashed (lawyer’s, lobbyists, policy staff, reg affairs staff, etc.)

    Right, 57% control to Upjohn was reported. Wonder when Mylan management will realize their utter failure of running the company and how many employees lives were negatively affected due to their incompetence.

    Pipe down Robert, you're not in charge anymore. Sit that temper tantrum ass down and wait to be called upon.

    When Pfizer “merges” or buys another company, there is a long track record of what’s next, Pfizer employees being retained and the “other” company’s entire organization being laid-off. In this case, it’s Karma!!!

    Anyone who doesn't see the direct correlation of this merger to the price fixing/gouging lawsuit is just not paying attention.

    Ask the "Upjohn" people.
    Upjohn -> Pharmacia -> Pfizer.
    Pfizer swallows you whole and spits out the bones.

    The Mylan brand is so tarnished it has to be dissolved like a twelve dollar alka seltzer.

    This deal makes zero business sense. Heather leaving but Robert and Rajiv not?? C’mon. RJC is “Exec Chairman?” Pfizer is going to allow these crooks to tarnish the Upjohn sterling brand? I highly doubt it. These guys are staying on to keep the corporate legal protection until the lawsuits are over, then they are gone. That’s all this is. There’s no bigger plan to “create value for patients.” Give me a break! It’s to sell Mylanand save face for not selling for $82 /share or $40 billion and to legally cover the criminals. Heather retires because she’s not accused of criminal activity.

    Looks like Rajiv is once again going to get away with that bullshit story about the "end of the world" for Mylan India operations if he is sacked. What a con artist!

    It’s a shame one of the most beloved Brands in the industry was tarnished by the group mentioned. It’s been painful to watch what they did to EpiPen. Hopefully, when the dust settles from the lawsuits, they will be banned from the Pharma and Healthcare industry and the Brand’s reputation will be restored.

    I am glad that Milan Puskar is not alive to see what his creation became. It used to be a great company.

    Dark clouds are coming. MYL management must think the staff are too stupid to recognise what's currently going on. Staff are just being played and manipulated.... listen carefully to what youre being told and what's being communicated.... Rather interesting don't you think?
