Comp payback for Lifevest division

    Is anyone else disgusted and not impressed by how the PP1 payouts and payback occurred? No warning, no communication and no one can tell what methodology was used? How is this possible? I was counting on that money for a home improvement project next week and a summer vacation. I had no idea I would have to pay $4k back. My VP didn’t even mention it in a call this morning. I’m really embarrassed over it and telling my spouse of this miscalculation. Why didn’t they break up the owed amount over numerous checks. I feel demoralized. Can we even believe the virtual transition to actual revenue is calculated correctly? I don’t think so.

    If you had to pay back $4000 you didn’t earn it in the first place and are massively under performing. Try selling more in this won’t be an issue.

    Idiot. You can push 100 vests a day the companies poor billing practices and insurance reimbursement are not reflective of a TM needing to sell more. This place is a trainwreck in every way. Get ready for some more negative adjustments!

    Idiot? You are paid 70% fittings. Is your goal of 3 fits too high??

    Plus, Its very reflective of a TM performance, revenue follows fittings, its not rocket science. I find it funny for 6 years I haven't had a problem getting paid. I only have a problem with crying TMs that use every excuse in the book thinking this a pharma job.

    Someone hasn’t worked here in awhile... If you pushed 100 vests a day and didn’t get revenue for a single one, which is unlikely, you’d still be killing it. Fittings count for most of your comp. It was a shit quarter, when summer hit, if your business died and you didn’t hit the fit goal, you had to pay back. Would be better if they’d at least split it up for those impacted.
