Not entirely true on the relocation statement. There have been and continue to be just as many men if not more that travel to home and AZ pays the expenses. You are also incorrect about discrimination against women as it is alive and well here. Guess you have different anatomy and are white so you have no clue what it is really like snowflake.

So you are a black woman who is delusional. AZ has become anti white and especially anti-white male for some time, at least at the rep/dsm levels.

Take your head out of your booty. Open your eyes and look around, leadership and specialty sales are mostly white. And no I’m not black not that it matters. Only important part is I’m a female and the few promotions that aren’t filled by outsiders are filled by men. Snowflake.

It makes me laugh to hear women employees claim being underpaid and discriminated against when it comes to promotion opportunities. AZ and most other companies have had a push to increase the percentage of women in leadership roles and continue to do so.
A black female that can walk and chew gum at the same time will get a consideration and chance to interview if they just stick around long enough.

Maybe if more men stepped up to help around the house and raise kids, the women would have more energy to climb the career ladder. Right now, we bring home the bacon and fry it up in a pan!

Applied for a role in the oncology expansion over a month ago. Nothing. Is this normal? Haven't posted for anything in years. Even at AZ this seems cold.

It’s the new norm. I applied for a resp biologics position last year, waited and waited and heard nothing until I got a form letter in my email from Hr that wasn’t even addressed to me saying “thanks but no thanks”. Nice, eh? Classy, AZ. Really classy.

Wah-wah - poor women and blacks only get handed every opportunity, but still want to be victims. The only race/gender openly discriminated against is straight, white males. You know it, I know it, and we all see it. Enjoy your free college and move on.

What free college? Where? Tell us so I can get a refund for what my parents paid.

I’m still waiting to hear about this free college for blacks you speak of. I have 2 kids and it would be amazing if I could spend the money on myself or pay my parents back for my college education. They paid every dime except my small $500/year renewable lodge scholarship.

I expect to pay for my kids unless I farm them out to a family member for guardianship...then they can get pell grants like the rich people did in Illinois. But of course we all know that didnt only happen in Illinois.

THis fraud cost a lot more than grants for low income black students, let's be real. Honestly, the racist OP is sadly what AZ is all about these days.

So can you negotiate starting salary? They know I’m not working right now. Thank you.

Sure you can ask for more money but it will be the death nail and the offer will be withdrawn. AZ doesn't tolerate anyone questioning their policies, strategy, or compensation systems. There is zero tolerance here for challenging any decisions they make.

I think you can negotiate in the oncology division...if they really want you and your experience, I have heard they will pay!

True but only to external candidates. Internal candidates won’t be considered....at all.
