    Finally I work in Soutern Cal and I can honestly say this company has the worst morale and leadership I've ever worked in. Management is lazy ,and finally Danahar is making them get off their lazy ass and earn their pay check,

    Toxic sick culture stay away. East coast leadership is the Worse. B.G should have been fired 10 years ago.His lazy ass hasn't seen one top 10 customer who doesn't live two miles from him in over 11 years. Stay far away from this culture, Danahar will be breaking up the band real soon. Trust me

    You sir or madam are dead on! I recently just quit and Mr Gitt called me gravaling how he wished he got o know me better, and that if HR calls can I please tell them I was a great leader. What a joke, he never gave a shit about me or how I felt.There were times I had personal issues,and he never once reached out to help.He is a self centered egotistical tiny wimp. If HR does read these blogs then here's my opinion, he's the worst!!!!! Tell him to stop begging for respect as his reps all quit around him.Payback is a bitch A hole

    Two words you pick Train wreck, or Stay away! Nobel is the worst culture in the industry! They need a mgt clean house! They care nothing for their loyal managers and great salespeople. They only care when you quit because the lazy ass mgr now has to work till they hire another poor nieve sucker. Run away is all I or anyone will tell you.

    Nobel just finished trying to train and reprogram us like robots in Mahwah last week! Daily call check ins equals one thing the end is near. Desperation rears its ugly head. Mgt change on the horizon just wait! It wail be too late!!!!! Bye bye BG

    Lets set the record straight! I worked in the corporate office in Yorba Linda for 5 years. Brian Gitt was always known for being a lazy worthless kiss ass! I'm shocked Danahar who is slowly calling all the shots hasn't replaced him yet.

    I would like to give a hundred percent honest evaluation of Mr Gitt. I have been out of this toxic organization for over two years. Under B.G deplorable leadership, many great salespeople left due to his lack of leadership,poor communication skills, and overall lack of coaching abilities. Mr Gitt you rep what you sew in life. When they final realize you are worthless as a leader take a look in the mirror and come to the reality of what you were which was worthless. Good luck
