This organization has a pay scale that is at the bottom of pharma industry
This organization still makes people share rooms at meetings
This organization has hired the most narcissistic entitled managers terminated from other companies and they have lead Sanofi deep into pharm hell

They treat employees with complete disregard. I think the French hate America so they just try to make a quick buck over here while riding everyone that works here deep and hard.
To be truthful however, this industry is a joke. We really don’t do a damn thing but drop off samples. I know there are a few reps who need to feel important, sorry to burst ur bubble. Only reason ur working is because there is a bloated level of management that needs people beneath them to exist. Docs do not give a flying fuck what you have to say.
I’m cool with it though. I’ve been making 1/2 actual calls per day while goofing off the rest of the day, collecting 120K a year and adding to my 401K.

And its worse at Sanofi Pasteur , everything mentioned and much less pay and benefits that are taken away as we speak. Now no more iphones, no more laptops(costs too much money) what a joke, company car now used until 100k miles no actually 75 . And of course extreme arrogance by DMS and management

i just love seeing how bitchy and whiny you’ve all become. When the money was easy because no skill or effort was needed, were you complaining? Or is it only now, when bonuses are harder to get and you’re now being asked to actually do things? This place is far from perfect, but this shit happens everywhere. Go ask other reps that you know. On every other cafepharma forum, you will find threads on how their company sucks and is the lowest paying. The sooner you realize this is the norm nowadays, the sooner you’ll start not worrying about all this crap and start moving on with your life.
