    If your put on a plan or on notice for lack of sales/making your numbers, I mean fulfilling your duties of a professional sales representative, help is around the corner. 2 weeks for every year and we will part friends...
    This is happening with Neuroscience, CVM, and other franchises. Is anyone Seeing this ? HR soon to be knocking. Do tell...

    There will not be any early retirement offers. With all the people they've let go recently, they could never justify offering it now, but not in the past. The lawyers would be beating down the doors. You're either in or you're out. Face it, you're a WWID. Nothing more.

    From a reliable in-house source. ZS Associates have been frequenting Titusville. That can only mean one thing folks. Look for re arranging of the deck chairs on the Titanic.

    Company contracted to handle layoffs and retirement packages as a third party vendor to keep management and HR out of any territory alignment issue. There the biggest outfit in pharma. They look at ziocoses where you live, the amount of business in your area , look at tenure along with minorities, age, etc to keep a fair balance without the nitwits in management making the choices.

    Don’t let that fool you! They will still get rid of the people they want gone. Mass lay-offs are the easiest and cleanest way of doing it.

    When people show you who they are, believe them the first time. Same applies to companies.

    Any outside company being brought into the mix is there for insulation. Not objectivity.

    Is there a hiring freeze? I was made aware of a primary care position and it disappeared. I hear some are going to Syneos. Interviewed for Community Hospital positions through Syneos. No offers yet.
