    Answer to 2nd question is no. Are you serious? The ship is now being run by Sanofi which is big pharma, and that tells you they aren't the least bit concerned with culture. If you dont like it, they dont care. If you leave, they dont care. They can find a millennial to work at half your salary for a year or two at the most. When the highlight of the meeting is the theme party you know we're in trouble.

    The decline in culture will never be addressed. What we will have is poorly dressed "leadership" on stage starting off their talks with jokes that arent funny, content that doesnt matter, and a room full of glad handers clapping whenever they are suppose to.

    Already left her poor mgmt style. Look, she has the book smarts. But she ranks as the worst mgr I have had over 2 decades in the industry.

    In short, she’s horrible to work with. And I’m willing to bet that I have more Presidents Clubs than she has.

    And yes, there is no doubt that I have more awards trips on my belt. MB is still just a DM -just managing Primary Care reps who think they’re at a high level selling position in this industry. That’s hilarious.

    Meanwhile, I’m selling products that are cutting edge technology in the oncology/rare disease space. Products that cost between $200,000-$400,000. Products that require selling to C Suite. You/MB have no clue about anything other than how to get into cardiology office with a great meal. Yes, MB is right where she belongs. Doormat.

    It must be frustrating for her to not be able to move up. But probably best for her considering she is only good at monitoring reps call avg and how often they order sales materials. If she moved into a higher level space in this industry, we’d see the Peter Principle at work immediately.

    Nah, don’t work at Regeneron. I dumped their asses a long time ago. I’m better than that. Once you get a clue, you’ll realize your value that you bring and leave too.
