Well, yet again, people on Cafe Dump station are wrong. Woman’s health having layoffs before the close AND not getting change of control severance. Bunch of fuckin idiots on here wanting to look like they know something.

]There will be no layoffs prior to close. Any layoffs that are related to the deal, whether before or after the close, will get change of control severance.

The only exception is people that get fired for cause.

This has been confirmed at the highest level and in writing. Anyone that thinks contrary to this is either not a current Allergan employee with access to the policies and Q&As, a really stupid Allergan employee that should probably be fired for cause, a troll, or a combination of any of the above.[/QUOTE]

Allergan has been promoting corporate people to these inflated positions regardless of competence. They will get a sweet severance deal, the rest of us are SOL. Sorry not sorry.

Haha, 52 week severance. You are dreaming. You’ll be an Abbie employee by the time you get cut and they don’t give a shit what your Allergan papers say.

Or that we came from Allergan. Who do you think the losing team is in this deal, oh right, our CEO and leadership drove the stock price down by 2/3....

Our CEO gets $39 million in severance and a Abbvie Board work for the stellar job he has done in creating value.... Just remember to be BOLD!

The writing was on the wall when leaders like Mark Forth left. You’re all idiots for waiting around. The corporate people in Irvine couldn’t find other jobs so they just stuck around waiting for the payout. Everyone in the field missed companies that were recruiting over the last 2 years. You get what you get, couldn’t have happened to a better group of people!
