love the comedy and it is great to see KK is now like every other Pharm company. We have losers who hide and post on this site just like all the rest. It took way too long to get to this point. Strange thing is that people actually think readers believe what is posted here. Keep it going. We love this crap

 

Yeah, that’s right! People don’t believe this crap! People get on here and make shit up?! Yes a lot is opinions but they are opinions felt throughout the sales force. EVERY SINGLE meeting it is a bitch and complain fest. So don’t act as if this shit isn’t true. I’m guessing the reduction in per vial payout is false? $270 down to $10? Or the fact that home office continues to get promotions/praise while screwing up constantly? I.e Steve and Don? Or the nepotism that is shown? Like David or not in this role he is CLEARLY unqualified for the position. 1 year as a DM and now leading a sales force? There is A LOT and I mean A LOT OF TRUTH to these posts. This company is scary how they treat people that go against the grain. YES it took a long time for people to get on here, and yes it may be funny but it is the truth!! If it wasn’t there wouldn’t be so much turnover especially in an ONCOLOGY position that is the most coveted in our industry. NICE TRY PAL!

Mohammad is one of the nicest and most responsive people at this company. Feel free to attack the favoritism of home office but targeting him and specific people in general is just not cool. If you are that angry then you should interview and work somewhere that makes you happy.

 

If people are hating on you it's often because they are: 1. Threathened by you, 2. Jealous of you or 3. Feeling like you're above them so they put you down to feel better about themselves. The greatest people have haters for a reason, so take it as a compliment..

Clearly written by someone in home office, but I see where your coming from but like the other post says this is the exact thought process that got this post written. To be so blinded to think people are jealous or feel threatened instead of thinking of ways to change the culture and keep sales reps happy. Without sales reps you people at home office don’t have a job. No reason to run data, or have a fleet or act like your doing marketing or to grease your hair to come into work. Why is there so many openings in ONCOLOGY? Why? Think about it, it’s not cause they are jealous? Or threatened, ITS BECAUSE OF THE CULTURE AND HOW THEY ARE TREATED!! As Rodney always said “no respect”!

All for a proper PIP as long as DF and the rest of home office are held to the same standard. LP should be in one as well too for letting this team get so out of control.
