I know it is to early for anyone to have any real info, but I’m curious when people think our next primary care lay-off will be.

Based on everything in our pipeline being rare disease or specialty, and knowing when the patents expire for Trintellix and Vyvanse my guess is 18-24 months

Based on our history, it will be less than 2 years. Revenue lost for Amitiza and Dexilant will kill us!

Both dexilant and amitiza expire around 2020/21 so I’d gander a little before then. Everything in our pipeline (and almost every other company’s) is specialty. Start interviewing now. Breaking into specialty is a challenge, especially with primary care experience. Just my 2 cents.

I’d wager March 2020. For obvious reasons they really like March.

I nearly spit out my coffee?

    Read the earnings report much?

Tell me how much $ Vyvanse brings in to the Neuro?

Before layoffs, how about we cut the television commercials and the overwhelming dump of samples that’s left at offices for Trintellix for the market share it has.
Then let’s evaluate how many reps we have going into these offices ...

As far as Vyvanse, this is a common game we saw with Shire. Milking and milking mother cash cow and dumping her milk into everything else and everyone else’s division. “Re-invest” in the brand and “re-energize” just hasn’t happened ?

Do we have a marketing or manager care market team anymore?

Evolution, strategic thinking and innovative lean and agile are all just words on a poster board

    Amitiza and Dex LOE aside,

If a Socialist gets in the White House then the whole industry will be laid off.

No need for mini-pods in Neuroscience. Take into consideration access, then restructure with smaller, single-rep territories. The psych specialty territories have way too many reps calling on these offices for Trintellix, and Vyvanse now gets thrown into the mix. Vyvanse is 12 years old and has gotten crazy expensive. I frequently run into Lundbeck counterparts in offices. It’s ridiculous

    Totally agree!

Cut half the sales force and go to single rep territories !

Also, enough with the television commercials .... save the $

Give the $ to the revenue generating product in Neuro for some savings cards that are innovative

Not to worry. Motegrity will save us all. That is until 2023. We can ramp this baby up to a billion in four years.

On point! My HQ buddy says they are already tasked to optimize sales force size and first wave of adjustments will be 4Q.

Nice try at stirring the pot. HQ isn’t tasked with anything..

Besides they couldn’t analyze their way out of a paper bag.842 WebEx slides to explain 633 ways they screw us, I mean make the IC plan fair and sales forecasting fair...

That’s why it will be October, and we have no data showing how we as a sales force ended the first month of the previous quarter!!! Genius. Scrub data much?
